  Oddly enough I posted a review 45 minutes ago and it gone. Weird! I guess not only treating me badly, lying to me, and not being able to correct a simple typo are not the only things this store can mess up. Spend a little more somewhere and get real customer service. Thanks for deleting my last review. I guess this one will be gone soon also. Since your "response" I emailed my information to the site and received a 1 time call. I was of course, at work during that time so returned the call and have yet to be called back. I left a detailed message on when and how best to reach me but they have totally ignored my call so I guess sending you stuff to their "customer service" (HA that's a good one) people is no help also. Still no contact from store manager. What a joke!

  I walked into the store with my friend and we were immediately greeted by Whitney. She was very friendly and explained that once we found what we might be interested in, she could tell us what the discount would be. From that time until I left she was right there with me and one of the most helpful sales gals I've ever encountered. The entire process for my purchase was great and Sophia at the front finished up everything by giving me all of my paperwork. I will definitely shop there again due to the outstanding customer service. I HOPE that I can still give a 5 rating once my furniture comes in and hopefully on time. A little nervous about some of the other reviews that talk about delay of their orders. Time will tell. But for today's visit, I give Whitney a "10" as well as Sophia. Excited to get my furniture. This was the Jefferson City, MO Store.
