  Terrible customer service. The Sephora is apparently not connected to any other stores and they cannot use your Sephora account to verify purchases, even if purchased in this exact store. Received two of the same $49 item for Christmas (1 purchased here) but was offered $7 on the return, even though the item had been released only a few weeks earlier. The sales person was very rude and said "You and I both know this item will never sell for $7, but that's just how the system works". I will never shop here again nor at any other JCPenney or Sephora.
