  Purchased a washer/dryer set from them a couple of weeks ago. Paid $20 for local delivery which was completed about 90 minutes later. Washing machine developed a tic almost immediately with the timer. Machine refused to rinse and spin in the Regular mode. They ordered a new timer and installed it, with the same result. Frustrating for the both of us, but they stood by their warranty and delivered another machine, rather than keep chasing the issue. New machine has no issues, all is well. Update; 5 months later and still doing well. Love the machines, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used washer at a decent price. They do sell TVs and other appliances, too.
